Derek Vincent Smith and Cory Eberhard from Boulder Colorado have a unique and cunning ear for music. Their music is produced by differnt pieces of many types of music and combining each one, the end product being a combination of catchy hip-hop beats, buzzing sync lines, and vintage funk and soul samples. They are influenced by many famous artist including The Notorious B.I.G. They've even reached to the extent of sampling work from Etta James and John Coltrane.Pretty Light first exploded in the rave scene and are now on tour and recently played at Cochella Music and Arts Festival in 2010.
